switches off HELP

Bought an Asus P5K3 deluxe , quad core 2.6ghz and a 8800 gtx graphics card, upgraded cpu heatsink.

questions:

On load temp is around 147F seems hi
and when I run 3Dmark 06 20 secs into it the computer reboots.

PSU is a 600 watts (does it need to be bigger)

Thanks, no overclocking, 2bg DDR3 mem, but as soon as 3D mark starts testing the system (20 secs in) comp switches off

Memory OK, decided to replace the PSU from 600 to 700 and the system forks fine now, thanks for your help
