Switching between dvi and hdmi

how do you mean switch between them? the card will display to both at the same time, you wouldnt need to ' switch' you'd need to arrange your desktop though, so monitor as the main screen and tv as a 2nd or something
yes games will run the same as through the dvi ;)
 
yes but you might need to keep switching in windows which output will be the main display.

if i remember right atleast from the old x800 days video doesnt display on the output chosen to be seen by windows as screen #2
