I have emailed the BT customer support but the response I got from them was useless.
I am currently with BT with BT Total Broadband. Infinity comes to my area on the 31st of December and I am wondering if I will have to wait for my current package contract to end before I can get infinity or will I be able to switch to infinity even though my contract hasn't ended?
