I'm sick and tired of trying to get Demon internet to downgrade our package, them Indian call centres have no idea how to do anything correctly (but that's another rant...). Anyway, I'm looking for a new ISP that costs roughly around £15 a month and if poss offers unlimited or a high download allowance with call centres in the UK if poss.

That's what I got from samknows. I have an Orange mobile phone on a £35 a month plan on an 18month contract, Orange broadband any good?
