I've phoned O2 3 times over the last 20 days trying to get a MAC code so I can move to Sky LLU but they still haven't given me one.
I've just been told that they can't get me a code because BT are saying there is no broadband on the line.
They said to phone BT and get them to do a 'stop / start' on the line and then order Sky.
Anyone know how much downtime this will cause or if there is a better way of switching?
