Swype for iPad (only jailbroken ones?)

My mum has an ipad she'd like to use swype on it, from what I've seen you can only get it on jailbroken ipads, she doesn't want to do that, are there any other similar swype style options?

Oh yeah I've seen that and yes, I think you can only get it on jailbroken iDevices and its buggy as hell

The onscreen keyboard is pretty good (especially as there is a good auto correct function). or it works with Bluetooth keyboards, and there are many companies who make all in one case and keyboard combos - or just use an apple one.
