Looking for hotfix 33930 - anyone help?! Been on the phone to support for over half an hour now and still on hold

The hotfix was superseeded! Managed to find the correct one after an hour on the phone to them!!!

What was the need for the hotfix and which one superseeded it? Am going to be upgrading to it very soon on my Exchange server.

TBH, they are still one of the best backup solutions around even if it is terrible. Best of a bad bunch IMO.

Upgrading from 12.5 to 2010, does it require you to uninstall 12.5 first? can i install over the top? is a server restart required?
