Symbols in number cells - Excel

Is there any way to get symbols in number cells in excel? I basically have a load of numbers that are in inches. Is there a way to have it as a number cell so I can use it in formulas etc, but also include the " symbol?

Custom Format

Hello mate

It's a bit tricky, but right click, format cells, Custom.

Then type 0.00" ''"

This is not 3 double quotes but double quotes outside with a space and two single quotes inside.
