Sympathy wxing

The hair growing back would cause all sorts of annoyance.

I have never waxed, but the way I understand it is you don't get this as it is "new" hair that grows back, which, even if you didn't wax, would grow anyway.

At the end of the day, it's upto to you what you do, I've often toyed with the idea of waxing, but never gone through with it, I just end up trimming/shaving.

Edit: I use a Phillips Bodygroom TT2030 which does a good job.

Do you not get any nicks when using the foil shaver?

I trim mine with a rusty machete: it's the only way to achieve topiary and still retain my masculinity. Either that or I shoot off the excess with a shotgun.

I probably shouldn't admit this, but I had my back waxed for the first time recently. It actually wasn't painful at all on my back and shoulders - couple of times the wax ran down to my sides a bit which stung a bit when the beautician pulled the hairs out, so I can see how it could be a lot more painful for other parts of the body.

The main problem though, that no-one told me about was the rash that you get afterwards. My whole back looked like a pizza, it was disgusting and quite itchy. The beautician said it would only last a few days but it lasted for 3 weeks for me  I must have sensitive skin. In all honesty I'm in two minds about having my back done again - I hate the look and feel of a hairy back but that rash is even worse (imagine what it must be like on your groin!). They did say that as your skin gets used to being waxed the rash isn't as bad.

Just for the records, if anyone is looking for a "male grooming" kit, I've got the Braun Cruzer and had it for 4 years and it still works perfectly.

Whereas in comparison, I got given a Babylis male grooming set this christmas and it has died already.

She doesnt mind it. I usually trim with a beard trimmer that i bought when i used to have a beard and then shave the dangly bag too.

Was just contemplating getting it done as never go below the Biffins Bridge when shaving.

Have found a place near where I live that does it and it even mentions the unmentionable part about 'The Stirring of the Beast'
