Looks like my Corsair HX 650w has died again! Luckily it's still within the 7 year warranty.
Just installed new Mobo & i5, whilst plugging my hdd's into my Dell Perc raid controller - if I plug the power in for more than 3 drives it just powers off instantly. 3 or less seems fine - also I keep getting power surge warnings.
Faulty psu???
