sync iphone and ipad folder app layout prob

Hi,

Ive searched in this forum and elsewhere and cant seem to find a solution to itunes syncing my iphone and ipad and keeping the apps in the folders rather than moving them onto the normal screens..
my os for iphone is 4.3.1 and 4.3.3 on the ipad with 10.5.2.11 itunes..
