as said in the title really, i joined o2 about a month ago and synced at 6.5kbps, then roughly a week or two after that it dropped to around 5-5.5kps and now another week after its just dropped to 3.5kbps... ive restarted the router a few times but it won't budge.

how do i get my speed back? and will it get any slower?! :(

Uptime: 0 days, 0:19:00
DSL Type: G.992.5 annex A
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1,174 / 3,819
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [kB/kB]: 0.00 / 0.00
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12.0 / 18.5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 30.0 / 53.5
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 6.5 / 9.0

That SNR isn't great for that sync speed. Though if that SNR doesn't change it should stay about 3.5-4meg however it's worth looking at your cable route from router to the outside world to see if you can lose some of the noise :)

Plugged into the master socket I assume?

Are you using the bundled router? I get better sync with my DG834GT that the router that BE provided
