Syncback, any good??

I'm looking for a good backup programme and Syncback has been reccommended to me, does anyone else use this??

I've tried the XP back up facility but is seems to fail each time trying to create the floppy boot disk, so looking for alternatives.

Do syncback and synctoy do the same thing??

Sorry bit of a noob to backing up (he say's with a slapped wrist)
