Synchronization Software

I have all my cd collection in Mp3 format on my hard disc. I then have a backup on an external USB drive. The backup drive has been neglected and is no where near up to date. Is there a piece of software that will compare the 2 folders contents, and only copy accross the music that is missing? My music is well organized, so i only really need it to check folders/subfolders, not individual tracks.

Or is it safer to do it manually? :eek:

Microsoft Synctoy will do the trick I reckon!

Synctoy is good or an alternative with more function is the freeware version of Syncback (by 2Brightsparks).
