syncing data between Macs

I've got a Mac Pro and a Macbook Pro. Both Macs got all of their files shared and are accessible by each other. Now I want to be able to sync folders between both of these. I want to sync these folders:

/home/library/application support/iWeb
/home/pictures/iPhoto Library
/home/music/iTunes

I've tried an automator script from the Apple website, but when I add a second workflow to sync a 2nd pair of folders, it gives the error "Can only sync 2 folders". Other programs that I've tried only allow me to sync just 1 pair of folders. So then I would be required to select each pair of folders seperately each time I would need to sync the folders.

A freeware program or a WORKING automator script is preferred.

thanks in advance :)

Unison or perhaps rsync could do this but would need a bit of effort put into setting them up. Non-free solution would be Chronosync which I have not used but gets good reviews.

How are you getting on with this solution? Still working out for you?
I'm only using it at the moment to sync my documents. When syncing my iTunes and iPhoto library, I was receiving error messages (syncing failed). So it's not really the best syncing software, I guess...
