How do you guys do it?
Really just looking to sync 1 folder between my mac's that contains my work as I'd like it to be upto date on my laptop in case I decide to do any work when im not at home.

Ive found windows fileshare and ChronoSync, the latter seeming a popular choice but dont want to pay $30 without any recommendations really!

Thanks :)

I have just started using ChronoSync to Sync specific folders in my ~/ to my NAS on a daily basis. So far it works pretty well, you can set it so that it wakes your Mac to perform scheduled jobs however you have to set up multiple jobs if you want to sync more that one folder. It also gives you lots of sync'ing options such as Backup, Mirror and true Synchronization.

If you are interested in the product you can get a trial code from the developers which unlocks the full product, this is what I am using at the moment with a view to purchase a full license.
