when i move to mac, will i be able to sync my phone?

i've always just used whatever software came with the phone and it always synced with outlook... what do you do on macs?

currently have a moto v8 btw...

If you're using Bluetooth via your Mac, it will sync beautifully.

Least I think the V8 is supported (similar to the V80??)

It should more or less sync your address book and iCal... if not, a simple google can find you "user made" sync drivers which will work with iSync to sync with your mobile.

My W880i is not supported by iSync, so I used a manual download addon to iSync and it worked like a charm.

I have recently set this up with my n95 over the blue tooth and it works awsome! straight away no playing about, i can now access my calender entries on my phone and my macbook.

Same as above, using iSync with my N95 and its superb, quick way to backup all your contacts too into address book and its handy to have it put my iCal entries onto the phone too :)

Like others have said, if there isn't a built in script for your phone then hunt around on Google and there will probably be someone who has made one, especially for popular handsets.

hi mate, just got round to trying to sync my moto v8 and its all paired up but isync says its not supported. I googled more info relating to this manual download addon you mentioned but i can't find anything on it... mind giving me a few pointers?
