Right, heres the deal:

3 PC's all that connect to the same e-mail address, and download the mail from the server, say PC1 gets it first, if PC2 or PC3 then go to recieve the mail from that mailbox, they wont get the messages that PC1 recieved.

PC1 is my home PC, PC2 is my Mobile, and PC3 is my office PC. Now say that I accidently leave outlook open at home, or indeed want to get back to an email that my home PC downloaded, if I'm at the office or out and about I can't.

How do I fix this? :) I know its possible....I'm guessing here, but I suspect that there is some bloody obvious solution that I'm forgetting.

If its necessary theres a Windows Server sitting here doing not much at all that would be more than happy for me to fill its spacious drives with some bit of software. :D

I don't think I really need to sync anything else from Outlook. My mobile syncs with both the home and office PC automatically when its in range, and that keeps the contacts, calendar and err....that other thing as up to date as I need it to be.

As long as I can get all the incoming e-mail on all devices and PC's I'll be happy. :)

If your provider supports IMAP you can try that. I've got a similar problem with BT Yahoo mail, but unfortunately they only provide pop3 so I'm having to leave the email on the server and deal with them in two inboxes (which is tedious).

its in the account options in your outlook. I think its the farthest tab on the right iirc. Its just a cehck box saying to 'leave mail on server' and you can set a time limit, again iirc.
