Syncing photos to iPhone

Hey there, basically what I want to do is if I click on Photos on my iPhone all I want to see is Camera Roll and Photo Albums, then be able to go into Photo Albums and go to each separate folder.

What I've done is create a folder called Photo Albums and put each separate folder of my photos into that then sync via iTunes. However when I go into the Photo Albums folder on the phone it has basically created one big folder with all my photos in it and they aren't separated. I know I can add each folder individually which would solve the problem but then the camera reel album kinda gets lost within that and I want to organise my folders in a certain way which makes it easier to find the right photo.

I've got the iPhone 4 and am using Windows 7. I'm a bit stumped as to how to do this, seems like if you own a mac it is quite straight forward but I don't so I've got a bit of a problem here!

I don't think there's an easy solution for this I'm afraid. :(

If you used iPhoto or Aperture you can create 'Events' which would act like folders, but neither of those are available on Windows. :(

Dammit :( I've seen it on my cousins phone and he was like I just use iPhoto which I obviously can't and have been searching for a workaround on Windows with no luck at all.

Thanks for your help anyway!
