We're shorting going to be moving to a hosted desktop + SharePoint setup and i'm just wondering what the best way of dealing with offline users will be.
For example, our consultants will quite often spend days/weeks/months based on client sites where they don't have any internet access during the day (so clearly won't have access to their hosted desktop).
Currently, people have been using a VPN + SyncToy, which is a "good enough" solution I guess, but hardly ideal.
I'm aware that SharePoint has got some offline syncing abilities - so in addition to that, I was wondering if there are some common practises with this kinda situation?
Appreciate any feedback
