Really liking my new SM225BW, I think 22" is just right if your coming from a 19" as you practicly lose no height at all and gain a lot of width, I tried a 20" ws before this one and it really felt too small coming from a 19" monitor, also the SM225BW has a fantastic stand that is so easy to adjust, up, down, tilt, swivel, any way you want,

The response rate is first rate, absolutely no ghosting what so ever and as this is a TN panel input lag in practicly non existent, I honeslty feel input response wise this is as close to my old crt i've ever got and I'm as fussy as hell, the main games I play are fast paced first person shooters, this moniter keeps up with them flawlessly, the only negative that I can find is that the screen has a tiny amount of back light bleed running along the bottom of the screen, personly it does'nt bother me as you can only see it when the screen is completly black which is quite rare tbh.

Looks very nice mate. Im in the market for a 22"er so your picture really helps a lot as I'm going from a 20" (19" really) CRT.

What resolution are you running at?

1680 by 1050 (22"), compared with 1280 by 1024 on my old 19" on the right, makes a hell of a difference, I feel I got room to breath now on the desktop and in games it feels just right.

The extra room is one of the main reasons I want to go wide. Browser/MSN/Email should fit on a 22"er, hopefully lol.

Can you get some daylight pics?

Picked up one of these screens from here a few weeks ago, well impressed and gaming is superb on it. I can't find this "internet" setting you mentioned though, is it on the installation disc?

press the button next to the menu button on the screen. It should bring up the MagicBright menu. Keep on pressing the button to change between modes.

I think it only support 1:1 mapping if supported by your vga driver eg nvidia ones work from reading other postings.

Cool, thanks.

Does it have 1:1 mapping?
