I want to synchronise firefox bookmarks between two machines, and i'm not sure how to do it.
Because it stores bookmarks in a single file unlike ie which stores them as separate files i can't just use a simple file synchroniser.

I could synchronise the bookmarks file and simply replace the oldest version but this could loose bookmarks, if for example both versions had had bookmarks added.

Is there either a program to synchronise the bookmarks within the file or a way of splitting the bookmarks into separate files ie style so i can synchronise them with a normal file synchroniser?

Thanks.

Google Browser Sync extension for Firefox works very well.
I've tried that but i wasn't too keen on having my bookmarks stored on google's server. But i might use that. I'd forgotten about it actually.
