I've set SyncToy up to sync two disks, which it does when clicked manually, but i can't get it to run with task scheduler. Has anyone run into this problem and found a fix?

"...path/SyncToyCmd.exe" -R
yes pass is set correctly
The cmd prompt window flashes up briefly at the scheduled time, but so quick i can't see the message it displays

bledd, i tried robocopy, but it will only sync one way unless i'm missing something. Both drives will change and I need something that will mirror the changes on both drives.

CaptainCrash, I think you only need to add the name of the folder pair if have several pairs and only want to scedule one

I will have a look at syncback pro

SyncBackSE worked wonders, thanks,
Do you know how to turn off the prompts that ask what to do when a file has changed.

Click on "expert" options in the profile setup, then it's "Compare Options" > "Skip the Differences screen when this profile is run." Also, you could look in "Decisions - Files" and make sure all the "prompt me" tickboxes are unchecked. :)
