Synctoy - .NET V2 ???

I just downloaded synctoy to put on a server to keep 2 directories synchronised.

When I go to install it says "Setup requires .NET framework version 2.0.50727", so I did some updates on the server and in Add/Remove programs it now says I have installed ".NET Compact Framework 2.0 SP1"

The synctoy installer still says the same though.

So what is it I need?

The server is Windows 2003 server.

isnt there a SP2 for it?

EDIT - There is and its 16mb.
