Synctoy - Win 8

I see there are problems with synctoy & win 8. Does anyone have a good alternative? I only want to sync between two hard drives... No cloud.

I just use robocopy, it's commandline but it's blisteringly fast

robocopy /e "C:\source folder" "D:\destination folder"


That will copy everything from C to D (in those folders). Each time after that it will only copy new/updated files over to D

SyncToy is just robocopy with a GUI anyway. Use the command bledd wrote or hit the help for even more options.
