Syndicate Wars on PC and Playstation was the last one they made.

I had it for the Amiga/PC (can't remember which) and loved it, just could not do the final level though, was just too damn hard!

I had them for the PC. Syndicate and Syndicate Wars are two of my all time favourite games. In fact I may have had Syndicate on my Atari ST and the sequel on the PC, can't remember that far back.

And a new one in the works? I'm happy!

I always liked the assasination missions on the Amiga.

Fit yourself with a bomb, pump yourself up on drugs, run in to the compound, blow yourself up, heal yourself before you die and run back out again

Syndicate Wars was for me a huge letdown.

Talk about dumbing down a classic.

The original was such an innovative game. Dark and addictive. Made you want to take over those cities with your cyborgs, and lay down gatling fire into anyone who accidentally got in your way!

Yeah that was ace. I really miss playing Syndicate. Even if they do a remake I'm sure it won't feel as good. It'll be all 3D and will loose some of that classic 2D magic.
