Synology DS112 stops streaming after so long

Hi all

My NAS has all of my media installed. The problem is when Im accessing it via my LG TV after around 90 minutes the film stops playing and I get the message Network disconnected. Yet when I check the NAS its still on and awake!

Any ideas?

Are you able to swap the switch? Just to rule that out? is anything else connected to the switch? if so when the movie stops does everything else stop at the switch?

Everything connected to the switch stays on and working fine. I have narrowed it down to the TV or NAS. As when I connect the media centre to the NAS via Kodi it streams fine but not from the TV.

Could you run a disk check on the NAS? Is the NAS getting hot?

I cant see how to run a disk check on NAS. However, its running cool and status shows healthy.

I will have a look on mine at home see if I can find how you run the health check on the system.
