Hi everyone,
I have two 22TB Synology NAS devices at work for backup and local file services.
Our SharePoint Online is almost full at nearly 3TB, and we're incurring extra storage fees, which is costing us a lot of money.
I looked into the possibility of creating a shared folder from the NAS on SharePoint so that staff could access the NAS directly through SharePoint. However, the only option I found is to sync it with a OneDrive account, which we don't want to do. Additionally, our OneDrive account is limited to 1TB, so it's not sufficient for our needs.
Is there any way to create a link in SharePoint that redirects to a shared folder on the NAS?
Thanks!
