Well what happened was, his pc kept crashing, so he opened it in safe mode and deleted what I am guessing is the Ksecdd file. when he starts in safe mode or any other mode it just has a black screen...

well he deleted it, now all he gets is a black screen and nothing else, do u think he will need to format...
