sysprep for mobo upgrade

can anybody confirm this approach works ok?

- on current pc: install drivers for new mobo
- start sysprep / minisetup / don't update sids / reseal
- shutdown
- change mobo
- startup
- go through minisetup

better approach:

- download but do not install new drivers (or install the minimum, like storage drivers)
- restart and login machine 3 times
- run sysprep (mini-setup + don't regenerate + detect non plug and play)
- hit reseal & shutdown
- install new mobo
- start up
- complete mini-setup
- install new drivers
- reboot
