This one is puzzling me. Right, I've overclocked my CPU to 4GHz through BIOS. On CPU-Z it shows everything correct, 4GHz. Now, when I right click my computer and go to "Properties", it shows "Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.83GHz @2.83GHz". Now, I'm pretty sure that my CPU is actually running at 4GHz, as not only does CPUZ show it, but also SuperPi shows it in performance.

Now, I'm a perfectionist, I want windows to know of my overclockyness. Is there a way to make the system know that it's 2.83GHz @ 4.00GHz?

Windows fails again. If you're a perfectionist, that's just not the operating system to go with

:P. Ok, however i do remember one time, going to 3.6GHz in the quest of 4Ghz that it did recognise. Maybe its just being fussy.
