System Building -help out a first timer!

I'm planning on building my first system, after the limitations of my P4 were pointed out. So far I have the following parts on my shopping list...

gigabyte DS3 motherboard
conroe E6300
antec case with a 400w psu
x1900 xt

Has anybody got any comments, hints, tips or advice they would like to offer??? Anything greatfully received!!!

Cheers! So it's a bigger psu and the 1800 rather than the 1900 then? I don't want anything to 'pimped' in terms of a case, am I best getting case and psu seperately???
