System Check

So just checking the system i have in mind to see if anyone has any recommendations.

Intel Core 2 DUO E6400 "LGA775 Allendale" 2.13GHz (1066FSB) - Retail

Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX21GB6400UDC)

Using my Antec TruePower 430W

and ATI X850XT

With my Raptor 36GB, and other hard drives for storage. I have CD/DVD RWs.

Look good? Is it worth picking the E6300 instead of the 6400 and saving £30. I should be able to overclock to the 6400 anyway, but i was just thinking it may be a risk of it not being as stable. If i get the 6300 i'd be able to buy a better CPU cooler - yay or nay?

I'd get the 4300. Easier to overclock as it has a higher multiplier.

I'd get the Asus P5N-E for the ability to clock the RAM asynchronously to the FSB, but the DS3 is a good board.

I don't really need the SLi on the P5N-E, and figured it'd just go to waste and that the Gigabyte is more suited for my card (ATI) and needs (don't really need the firewire on the P5N-E card).
