Hi everyone !

I'm planning to buy PC from this website either in parts or using system configurator but can't decide which way to do it.

So here are few questions which are bothering me:

1) From what I know, when you use system configurator, you don't get all the cables, screws and nuts, manuals etc. which usually come with your motherboard, SSD, GPU... Is that correct ? Or there are no extra screws and nuts left after system is assembled ? What about manuals and software ?

2) If I buy a Windows OS through configurator will I get DVD as well ? Is there an option NOT to install OS when building the system ?

3) Does warranty come on each component individually or for an entire system ?

4) Could anyone who got their system through configurator describe what is "in the box" ?

5) What about build quality/cable management of the system ?

Thank you all in advance !

1) You got all the parts as if you were to buy them separately. So you get the motherboard and graphics card boxes with the manuals. - Screws you may not get as they come with the case and are likely to be used up when assembling.

2) If you buy an OS, you get the disc included, and they will install. If you buy separate to the system, then you get the disc and it will not be installed. :)

3) You have 2 years return to base warranty with systems. If the components have longer warranty than 2 years, for example the memory, then you just send the memory to the manufacturer after the 2 years.

4) The system usually, with packaging. :)

5) Built by our technicians, so build and cable management will be top notch. :)

I know I am a bit late to join in but I have to say that the system build quality from OCUK is very good.

Shane did my last build and it's very neat. :)

Thanks for all of the replies ! I've been waiting for someone to reply for 3 days and on the 4th day decided to order it in parts =)

tezt who were you waiting for just so I know? :)

Sorry, this is my English. I probably should write "somebody" instead of "someone" as I was not waiting to get a reply from some specific person.

I hope I didn't make it more confusing :)
