System constantly locking with A10

Trying to configure my OH's new Trinity APU setup, but the system seems to be acting very flaky.

Completely new install of Windows, but locks up after < 10 mins with graphical glitches (Just areas of the screen getting garbled ordering/colours). Seems to me like a DOA GPU but just wondering if anyone has any ideas of potential causes before I RMA (I have no way of testing if it is a dead mobo or apu, and they were acquired from different etailers)

APU: A10 5800K
Mobo: ASRock FM2A75 Pro4
RAM: 4GB 1600
PSU: Tried various, all have the same issue (All 400W+)

I gather it is on the stock cooler, temps all ok?

Run memtest for a few hours, preferably over night

Or

Swap sticks in and out, one at a time

Temps look good in everything I've used to monitor them, will check the ram now

As above to rule out RAM sticks and update MB BIOS if you haven't done so already. You need to have .NET 4 installed with the latest APU drivers - Both can be found in this link http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx (Win7 X64) You may need to change OS

Thanks a lot for the help. First stick crashed within about 5 secs, second crashed after about 10mins of data transferring + watching videos of network.

Swapped half the ram out of my machine and it's been running happily far about an hour. Guess I need to get some new RAM
