System/CPU recommendation please

What would be the recommended spec for a workstation that would be used for tradefloor/share dealing use and as well as for photoshop and video editing? Would a single CPU or dual CPU setup be better?
Also what type of graphics card would be better.. a nvidia quadro based one or would a geforce gtx 9xx based be sufficient.. it would be using dual monitors as well?

That depends on how much video editing we are talking about here. geforce gtx 900 series are basically build for gaming. It could be sufficient. But I don't know if you can use it for the future as well.

It won't be used for gaming. It's main use will be for the share dealing/floor trade software and then Photoshopping. With a bit of video editing thrown in.

So something like a ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS dual CPU board, dual XEONS and a Quadro card.

You really should state a budget so things remain sensible.
