System Crashing - Microsoft suggests RAM problem

Well, the title says it all really.

I have recently taken out the Athlon XP 2600+ on my MSI K7N2 and replaced it with a XP 3200+. I previously had 2xPC2100 256Mb sticks and one PC3200 512Mb stick in my system, but with the new processor I decided to replace the 256Mb sticks with a single PC3200 512Mb stick to take full advantage of the 200MHz FSB.

I had plenty of teething problems (which are listed on another thread), but they turned out to be insufficient cooling and were solved with the purchase of an Arctic Cooling fan. My sytem seemed to be running OK.

However, it now has a tendency to bluescreen and die on me. During normal Windows operation it is generally OK, although I am getting a few more "This program has encountered a serious error" messages than I would like. But during games that are graphics intensive it is doing proper "Blue Screen of Death" crashes on me and then resetting. On starting up the Windows diagnostic is pointing towards a RAM problem, but I have run Memtest for several hours with no problems.

How should I proceed now? A mega 24 hour Memtest session? Should I remove one stick at atime and then run memtest on each one individually?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry - a bit more info:

Graphics card is an AGP RAdeon X850XT 256Mb.

The RAM is bog standard Crucial stuff. It is running according to CPU-Z at

CAS Latency 3.0
RAS to CAS 3
RAS Precharge 3
Cycle Time 8

Temperatures in the sytem seen to be OK - the board is at 44 and the CPU at 47 degrees. The case itself is a Lian Li PC1000.

The card is not overclocked and is running on ATi's latest Catalysts. I will try testing sticks individually. Thanks.
