Im trying to help a friend fix his pc tho he lives the other end of the country so helping him just via the net.
His pc keeps crashing but only in games. he gets a blue screen of some sort. I got him to send me a copy of his system event log. Here is the error
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bfa6ec34, parameter3 b78c1af4, parameter4 00000000.
Event id is "1003"
any ideas what could be wrong or where to start trying to fix it?
