I just reinstalled Vista and for some reason it has made by D: drive (different hard disk) a system disk too and put the Boot Manager on there. I used Easy BCD to move the Boot Manager to C: but it still thinks D: is a system drive and will not let me change its drive letters 
Anyone got any suggestions?
