system events app

just upgraded my macbbok to snow leopard and it came up saying i had to find the system events app

i didnt know where it was and couldnt find it browsing the system, so i just hit cancel. everything seems to be working ok but just wondered if that was important to find?

I had the same, I clicked cancel and it's been running fine for me

also one thing off topic but, my battery is now lasting about 1 1/2 hours less than it used to.
