So my friend wants to get a PC he can play up to date RPG's on. Guild Wars 2, Diablo 3 and so on.

Has an £800 budget, the problem is, he doesn't live here anymore, so me building it for him isn't an option and he doesn't like the idea of building it himself. He also needs monitor, keyboard and mouse, OS and such.

His only preference is that its on an intel chip and as somebody who wouldn't know how to deal with AMD's drivers should problems arise, nVidia would be a safer option as well.

Cheers all.

this. if he doesnt want to build

Cheers stulid! might need to push him towards building it himself or seeing if someone he works with can do it. Never hurts to be able to spend the extra cash elsewhere.

I know my friend wanted an intel chip. but with ocuk now advertising the titan monk system. would it be one of the best options in terms of bang for buck?

Interesting spec, free Diablo3 game, good sound card, the 6950 is a good card and easily comparable to the GTX560ti.

Stulid, Dual core with 560ti?? Wouldnt dual core bottleneck the whole system?
