I have an SFF system whish i built a couple of years ago now
just resently my system kept locking u so i too kthe cover to find the cooler fan was hardly turning (Scythe low profile rev b cooler)
I managed to get an other scythe
I replaced the fan that was on the top of the cooler block but it is still locking up.
not sure what could be causing this, I never removed the block from the cpu.
and it seems to still be in place no broken brackets etc.
Does it sound like my CPU is damaged?
p.s i have never overclocked it.
p.p.s thinking of throwing it out of the window and starting again
