System freezing.

Hey, the other day i was watching something on iplayer and my screen just froze and my sound went crazy, i tried turning my pc off but it wouldn't so i had to turn it off by the PSU at the back,
it had been fine for a week but its just done it twice again while on itv player. It wouldn't be my CPU overclock would it? because its been fine while gaming etc. Im thinking its something to do with flash.

I uninstalled it the other day and installed an older version of flash to see if it helped but no go.

Changed windows to high performance last time i posted but its just happened once again.
