Hey guys.
Can anyone help or advise.
Im having major issues with my parents pc.
The keyboard and mouse works fine in the uefi bios but as soon as windows 7 loads they don't work, any ideas?
I took my old G11 keyboard down to try and help me work it out and sure enough in bios the keyboard illuminates, gets into windows and there is no illumination.
It looks as though there is nothing going to usb once windows is loaded. Any suggestions as to what may be wrong.
The pc was fine this morning, we went to use it this afters and this problem has occurred.

Its just a standard asus desktop running a 3770s with 4gb ram.
