System hosed need help ASAP!

My main system has been running fine for a long time now with no issues in games, but I couldn't update Windows 10 to the latest as every time it updated, I'd get a bsod and it would reset, revert update and boot as normal.

I decided to do a full reinstall with the latest windows and I'm having no luck! As soon as Windows 10 asks me for login details on a fresh wipe install I get a bsod.

Yet if I stay on the keyboard layout screen prior to entering anything no bsod. So as of this time I'm without a comp.. Using phone

I can idle for an hour in Windows 10 20h0 version, even at stock settings. As soon as it tries to update any hardware it's an instant bsod, then reboots and says undoing update, with it working again. Going to try 1909 next!

Something on my system or bios setup isn't working with the 20h version update. As when my system was perfectly working I had to stop it from updating.

I shouldve left well alone, didn't get to bed till 3am and still fixing it

Msi Gaming 5, no USB plugged in other thank keyboard and mouse.

Never got a chance to find out what it was!

UPDATE :

Windows 10 is now working perfectly using Win version 1909
Windows 10 will not update correctly to Win version 20H0 or 20H2(?), every time it does it blue screens. And if you do a full install, it blue screens at login, blue screens when hardware updating. For some reason this version of Windows is not compatible with my motherboard, because the instant it tries to update any of the chipset/motherboard drivers it blue screens and breaks.

Thus I'm staying on 1909!

IT WORKED!!!!!! :cool:

Hours upon hours of trying to fix these damn BSOD's, and a very sleepless night where I could've lost everything ( *** YOU MICROSOFT ). It turns out the reason why it's BSOD'ing is because Windows 20H2 updates the Intel Management Engine interface automatically which doesn't support certain Z97 chipset motherboard Bios's. The MSI and some EVGA boards. The only way to fix it, is to flash to the latest BIOS and then re do the update! Basically the Interface is talking to the wrong code of the system hence BSOD every time when Windows thinks it knows best! I would never have known this if I hadn't typed the name of my motherboard and this update version!
