heres the problem, basicaly what seems to be happening is when i shut the pc down and reboot the following morning, it keeps shutting itself down and rebooting itself and i have to reset the bios to default settings for it to be stable, i had a message saying that 'over clocking was unsuccessful, did i want to reset bios to default settings' even though i havent over clocked it (ever) so it is almost as if every time i shut it down it overclocks itself. if i leave the system on all day and night it is fine. hope that makes some sort of sense!
