Starting to think upgrading from a 6600 to 8800 was a bad idea, i phoned before ordering the Leadtek GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB , because i was not sure that my A8N-SLI Premium would support it. was told it will but would need a new psu aswell, which i got.
since installing my system keeps locking up, it first started while playing wow, so i thought it was a wow problem, spent hours changing settings in wow and windows, reinstalling drivers, updating driver etc etc, finally formatting and reinstalling windows.
i ran 3dmark05 without any lockups, but 3dmark03 locked up on the first test, then later i had a few lockups while i was restalling programs after yet another format, so now im stuck, not sure if its the card or the mobo's not compatable, or something else iv have missed? now iv put my 6600 back in.
is anyone here using these without a problem? any help greatly appreciated, thanks
