system mechanic

What exactly are you after? It seems quite expensive, and I'm very sceptical about the "performance improvements" it offers. Most likely it just disables as many services as it can, things that are allowed to start up, and tries to clean up anything it deems as junk. In a few cases I've seen similar software do too much which can end up breaking Windows instead. I would honestly avoid it, Windows can take care of it self, and the built in disk clean-up is usually enough to clear unneeded files.

thank you very for your reply I think I will leave it and use windows clean up
If you just want to keep Windows maintained well and clean etc then that's the best thing to do, and once you are familiar with where things are and what's what, can venture out a bit more for a more thorough regime if desired.
