System not booting?

Hi i was in the middle of copying some files over to my MP3 player, then my system just rebooted.

And now every time i turn my pc on after you have a choice to enter the BIOS it just restarts it self?

So it gets pass the first screen, but it restarts before the Windows Logo comes up, any ideas?

Ive tried reseting the BIOS, took the Battery out, reset the jumpers, unplugged the Hard Drive, Ram tried everything.

So could someone help me out.

Not really to sure what it could be?

I haven't overclocked the system, my components are about 6months old and how would i do a memtest if i cant get onto windows.

My CPU temp is around 40
 
I can press F8 and the list of commands come up, safe mode, last known good config etc, but when ever i press any of them the pc just restarts.

And when i press disable automatic restart theirs no blue screen, it just restarts itself.
