System not booting

Been running the rig in my signature for ages now, no bother. However, when trying to boot the PC yesterday, I now get met with a blank screen, not even a POST and the monitor says there is no input.

The Dr Debug LED on the motherboard displays an A3, which in the manual says its a IDE enabled error? Tried reseating the GPU, SATA cables, leaving the PC unplugged for a day and resetting the CMOS but nothing is working.

Is it set to boot from the correct drivr

from what i am aware, the system has booted fine and then just randomly yesterday it's stopped booting. Problem is I can't even access the BIOS because I don't get any input the the monitor
